By placing an order with AP3D ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders and quotes
All quotes are based on the files and specifications you provide. We may adjust pricing if the project scope changes. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. No work begins and no payment is charged until you approve your quote.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For orders above our deposit threshold, you may choose to pay a deposit upfront with the balance due on completion. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Refunds are considered case by case for quality issues only. No refunds once a print has started unless the output is defective.
3. Shipping and pickup
You may choose to have your order shipped or pick it up at our studio (11 – 400 Skyline Ave, London, ON). Shipping costs, if any, are calculated separately and communicated before dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier or collected by you.
4. Intellectual property
You represent that you own or have the right to print any files you upload. AP3D does not claim any ownership of your designs. We may retain files for order fulfillment and delete them after completion.
5. Accuracy and tolerances
3D printed parts are produced within standard tolerances for the chosen process (typically ±0.5 mm for FDM). Minor cosmetic variations, layer lines and support marks are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. If you have specific tolerance requirements, note them in your order description.
6. Liability
AP3D's liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of printed parts. Parts are not warranted for use in safety-critical applications unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone and address solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell your data. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
